A bit of my background motivation

Ever since I was a kid, I have always wanted to help people in whatever way I can. The reward that comes with helping people, in knowing that I have made their day better, gives me all the reason to help as many people as I can.

My dream role in the business world

I would like to work in a position where I can help make life easier for employees, whether it is through recruiting and training or making better laws that protect employees from unfair treatment. My dream role may not be the highest paying, but the fulfilment that comes from it will make everything worth it.

Surprising career revelation

While I do want to make a huge difference in this world. I don't aspire on being the top person in the career ladder. I am more than happy to help people from the sidelines as long as I'm sure that a positive impact will be made. I have always been more of a team player than a lone wolf. I just want to make the world a better place for everyone; however, I want to also make sure I get my credit where it's due (being a pioneer is a big dream of mine).
